Text Box: I started undertaking medico legal work in 1993. Since then it was building up and constituted the biggest and on prolonged lengthy occasions the only part of my private practice. My medico legal work included as a matter of course joint statements, conferences with solicitors and barristers and court attendances. The majority of my reports are produced for personal injuries, complex injuries, sports and industrial injury claims. I also prepare negligence reports. I am currently on different web based medical expert databases and on expert witness panel of many (electronic and non-electronic) solicitors and medicolegal reporting firms. I have the Cardiff University Bond Solon Expert Witness Certificate. I regularly attend medico legal courses and Medico-legal expert training. I pride myself with the fact that regardless of being instructed by a claimant, defendant or jointly, I give the same opinion. Prior to the Wolfe’s reforms (now known as CPR35), I prepared claimant and defendant reports. I have always prepared unbiased reports. When these reforms came about, the conversion to independent reporting was natural. I have also prepared single joint expert reports. My name appears on websites of Medical Experts on line, Expert Witness, National Expert witness Agency, Your Expert Witness, Specialist info and many others. I accept instructions for medicolegal work on line. I am GDPR compliant and egistered with ico. I see patients in different venues and virtually if necessary. Virtual consultations and reports do not have the same strength of Full Examination report.
